Commercial operations in the territory of Ibiza are carried out through its licensed company, NO MORE WAITING SL, with registered address at c/ Hermosilla 48, 1º Dcha., 28001 Madrid, Spain.

Purpose of the Website

The contract is considered fulfilled once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the user, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal where applicable.

Order Confirmation
The user will receive an email confirmation of their order. If not received within 24 hours, they should contact the support team using the aforementioned email.

Delivery
Delivery hours are from 10:00 to 02:00, subject to availability. Delivery zones include Ibiza town and surrounding areas within a 10 km radius. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination and will be itemized on the corresponding invoice.
Age Verification for Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages will only be delivered to individuals over the age of 18. Identification may be required upon delivery.

Prices and Payment Methods

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
